Get involved and help us improve Forward with Dementia

You are invited to provide feedback on our website and other activities to help us improve the Forward with Dementia program.

Help our efforts to improve post-diagnostic support for people in the 12-months following a dementia diagnosis and further develop the Forward with Dementia program.

  • People with dementia and their supporters, carers and family can participate in a 20-minute survey by clicking the link below.
  • Others involved in dementia diagnosis and care can provide 2-minute feedback via the same link.

Thank you in advance for your time!

Get involved in research to boost your emotional wellbeing

After one of our formative research interviews, a carer told us:

This interview has been really helpful. It has allowed me to think about my situation and get some perspective on it.

Getting involved in research sometimes helps you get more information about dementia and opportunities for interventions. Many supporters and carers have told us that being involved in research is one way to help make sense of a diagnosis of dementia in a loved one.
